Have you wanted to try out our weekly Hip Mama class, but haven't gotten around to it yet? Here is your chance!
The ancient art of Middle Eastern Dance has its roots not only in childbirth preparation but also postpartum healing. Subtle, graceful movements of isolation and muscle control are performed to hypnotic music which gently strengthen and tone muscles of the abdomen and pelvic floor, while shimmies and vibrations to lively drum beats help shake off the extra pounds and add attitude and self confidence to the dancer inside every woman.
This workshop is for mothers and babies (ages 6 weeks to 24 months).
Cost: $25 in advance ($30 at the door) $5 for each additional child
